Batocera as a Dual Boot OS with Linux Mint?

My favourite linux laptop (based on specification-to-price ratio) is mostly used by my son these days and he wanted it to be both a work horse (he likes playing with Scratch) and a games machine of sorts.
I toyed with RetroArch but instead decided to go for a Batocera dual boot.
It’s not the recommended route but it works really well so far!
Just remember the labels… (note to self).
