Windows 11 & MacOS Sonoma on a classic Mac Pro 3,1?

This Mac Pro is running Windows 11 as a solo OS, I just installed Sonoma on my 2012 Mac mini and was blown away by how well it works so I decided to get it installed on to the cMP 3,1 as a dual boot.
This did not go to plan!
